    Tournament News

    Sunday, April 3 - 8:00 p.m.

    Well, basketball budgeteers, looks like all the upsets in the tourney did a number on our budget numbers, and even before the final game, we know this year's pool results! Congrats to our top budgeteer, Ellas Dad, for taking top honors! With only five entries correctly predicting Kentucky as an Ultimate Foursome team, and then Kentucky not making the final game, it's pretty much all over now!

    Thanks much for taking part in the pool again this year, and we'll try to have all of the technological updates made in time for next year's brackets! Congratulations on another great year!

    Thursday, March 24 - 8:00 a.m.

    Well, it was a very exciting first weekend of basketball, and we about blew the budget keeping the changes to the database current! (Thanks, NCAA, for putting two play-in games in the same region!) But we're ready for the Sweet Sixteen and anxious to see how things go over the next two rounds! Congrats to the six folks sharing the lead as we get ready for tonight's games!

    Hello, basketball fans! Well, with the new "First Four" games, we've really tried to add that to the pool without bustin' our budget, but I'm sure it will take some bipartisan negotiations to find the right mix of increased basketball revenue (more teams) plus decreased basketball spending -- oh heck, let's blow the budget by making the pool bigger and better than ever! We expect the brackets to be ready for bustin' the budget by 8pm, so get those entries in -- and good luck staying within budget!
